Courtney initially made her traitorous switch of allegiance from Hull to Lancaster initially to study Marketing and Design at Lancaster University, and clearly liked it here enough to stick around, staying on to complete a Master’s and ultimately settle here. Now part of the Escape Campus team, she brings her eye for detail and creative flair to the office, helping keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

As one of four siblings, Courtney is no stranger to a bit of chaos, but she thrives on it—and brings that same calm-in-a-storm energy to the office. Outside of work, she’s kept on her toes by her beloved dog Wanda, and when she’s not out walking, she can be found trying to pick up something (relatively) heavy, making a trip back to Hull to see the family or hatching her next plot to take over the world under the resigned gaze of her long-suffering partner.
