Without wanting to fall foul of any discrimination legislation, Rachel has A LOT of experience working in property and, having working in residential agencies for a number of years, more recently she has spent almost a decade in the purpose built student accommodation sector in Lancaster, so isn't unfamiliar with all the joys and challenges that brings.

Rachel deploys her knowledge and skills to oversee our maintenance and property inspection work, alongside planning and implementing our annual summer change-over and lettings projects.

When not revelling in the challenge of 'summer change-over' Rachel can be seen, usually in the distance, either running or cycling away from work at speed with her friends on one crazy physical adventure or another.
