We are on hand to deal with any emergency 24/7 365 days of the year, so when you rent a student house via Escape Campus you will never be stuck.
If you do need us just call 01524 926326 and we will be there to assist. If it’s something we can’t take care of ourselves, we have a network of tradesmen on call that we can rely on to sort matters out.
Unlike some other student housing agencies we won’t ignore you, we are extremely proactive in our approach to customer care and want you to have the best possible experience during your tenancy.
If you find yourself in a dangerous situation such as a fire then you should first call 999 and speak to the emergency services who will deal with the situation, you should then call us and advise.
Your Escape Campus property will be in excellent repair before you move in, as each property has to pass our stringent standards checks before we will put our name to it, giving you peace of mind that everything is in order and safe.
If you do notice something that’s not quite right, then you should report it to us as a non-emergency and we will make sure it’s attended to and repaired or replaced as required.
It would be sensible to put our emergency contact number into your mobile phone and also maybe give it to your parents of next of kin.
