A flexible approach to landlord services
We will carry out every aspect of your student property management from the tenants moving in, to them moving out again, including marketing the property with professional photographs and videos, letting it out and arranging tenancy agreements, organising deposits and checking that your property meets all the legal standards to make it suitable as a student let. We will make sure you have the correct certificates and that they are up to date. We will also manage the maintenance of your property throughout the year, using our trusted tradespeople to fix anything quickly and sensibly during the contract.
We can arrange the utilities for your properties as well, using established suppliers who offer great prices and service. Our commitment is that you will only be charged for what is used at your property, so you know we aren’t making any mark up or retaining any of the money you have paid for your utilities.
If you’d like we can also carry out the work that needs doing between tenancies, typically over the summer, arranging cleaning and maintenance work.
Fully managed service fees are between 10-12% of the rent +VAT
One off set up fee of £250 + VAT
