Luckily, Lancaster is packed full of little hidden study spots, so you can get that peace and quiet needed to concentrate, whilst enjoying the beautiful city of Lancaster.

Not only does it give you the opportunity to discover new places and meet new peoples, but it can help increase your productivity, retain more information and enhance your overall well-being. Ever find yourself in a slump with the same old four walls in the library? Well, maybe there’s something to be said for a change being as good as a rest! So, if travel is off the cards, take yourself somewhere new and feel all the benefits.

 

There are hundreds of wonderful little places to study in Lancaster. One of the most popular study spots in Lancaster, probably has to be The Hall, run by the famous Atkinsons Coffee. Recently opened within Lancaster Castle, a beautiful glass walled café sits behind the great castle walls. Lancaster Castle has been transformed in recent years, into a beautiful and historic cultural hub, complete with workshops and studios, as well as being a beautiful spot to enjoy a coffee and study in Lancaster. With views overlooking Lancaster and the Pennines, it is certainly one of the best secret study spots in Lancaster.

 

For something a little different, why not head down to Costa in Lancaster’s historic train station, for some inspiration. Enjoy a coffee while you study and watch the world go by.
