We are looking for a few students to come and join the Escape Campus and IPM teams over the summer months. There are a couple of different jobs available, all to help us get our houses ready for new tenants to move into for 2023/24.
Escape Campus – Summer
The summer jobs with Escape are for up to 35hrs a week for a three-month period (July – September) working up to 7 hour days Monday to Friday. You will be to help us with our summer, whilst we get maintenance, cleaning and photography done at the properties; going to houses and checking work has been carried out, picking up and dropping things off and helping our photographers whilst they take photos and videos.
**Driving licence and own car are essential**
IPM – Summer
The summer jobs with IPM are for 35hrs a week for an initial 4–6 week period (August-September) working up to 7 hours a day Monday to Friday, helping us with the summer turnaround of properties, dropping things off at properties, checking any maintenance, repairs, cleaning and waste removal.
**Driving licence and own car are essential**
We are looking for people who are flexible, hard-working and prepared to learn new things whilst working in a fast-paced environment. Good IT skills, a willingness to learn on the job, a friendly manner and can-do attitude are all essential.
